We were excited about this visit to see the caves and were disappointed from start to last. First off, they take a lunchbreak so there no tour between 12 and 2pm so we had a loooooong dull wait during which time the crowds swelled. Secondly it is nosebleed expensive with no concession for family groups. We paid EUR54 for two... More

Thank you very much for your commentaries, and our apologies for not fulfilling your expectations about the visit. Now we have daily visits at 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16 and 17 hours, seven days a week. It is enough to cope with the number of visitors we have normally. On busy days we can add visits at 9, 13,... More

Really well looked after and accessible caves and well worth the money. Great way to spend an hour or so.

We visited mid-week shortly after Easter. The experience was poor due to the fact that a huge number of people are given entry at one time - at least 150. Why not have smaller groups every 30 minutes? Consequently it felt crowded and noisy and we needed to focus on not walking in to people rather than on the natural... More

Thank you very much for your commentaries, and our apologies for not fulfilling your expectations about the visit. The number of visitors allowed on each visit is strictly limited and controlled. 150 persons into a cave with a 1.200 metres path can spread and walk freely. About the music, we can´t pretend to please all visitors, but the most part... More

Firstly, the place itself is so beautiful. So, before you hit the queue, take a 3 -5 minutes walk to enjoy the stunning views from the nearby cliff. I would recommend an advanced booking to avoid the big queue at the ticket counter. The tour inside the caves was phenomenal and the views were stunning. The live music (traditional instrumental... Worth seeing if you are in the area, beautiful caves with a little underground lake, we were seated near the lake and listened to classical music that was played from one of 3 boats. Quite a nice little show in the darkness with lit up boat . After that people could go in a boat, it was just a few... More

You can take trips here but we drove as we had a hire car, if there's a few of you it might save money to hire a car and but your entrance tickets. I'd been as a child but the families expectations were low " it's just a cave!" Everyone loved it, a natural phenomenon enhanced by lights and music.... More

Enjoyed the entire visit of this cave. Free parking outside and I booked online to avoid the queues. however, we reached quite late, and they were more than happy to change the ticket to a later entry. Visit happens every hour and since we had some time to kill, went around the area. beautiful cliff about 5 min walk from... More
