The tower provides a wonderful panorama of the countryside, and was a great way to check on approaching armies 'in the days of yore'. Worth a look as an example of how to build such an edifice in the medieval times.

You can see the Mediterranean and all over the local countryside. It must have been easy to defend in days gone by, but now presents a charming face to history which is visible from all around.

The tower dominates this quaint historical village and continues to mark the hours as it has done down the centuries. Views are spectacular.
