I visited the cathedral as I was taking photos of Blackburn Town . What a lovely peaceful place and so beautiful inside . So many people of the town have never been inside which is rather sad .

Lovely place to visit, just outside blackburn town centre and train station. Gorgeous interior and exteriors, well worth a visit.

The cathedral is centrally situated and is a restful and pleasant place to visit. Good organ. Cafe shuts at 2.00 so you need to organise your eating time, but it is a worthwhile stopoverMore

Have visited cathedral for choral evensong which was lovley. Have also been for a look around. The cathedral is well looked after and is so peaceful and impressive. There is a coffee shop and eatery,there is also a cathedral shop. Car parking is handy too.

Hi, yes.....There is a hotel right next door to the cathedral, and the parking for the hotel is just across the road from the hotel.
