Decent enough theme park. Not happy with the £3 parking charge in a field. We had adults go in for free vouchers with cornflakes packets so it was cheaper to get in. Lots of queueing for rides and it wasn't even holidays yet. We didn't...More

Park is looking tired and in need of refurbishing. No interaction of staff while in queues. We also noticed that the fast track is not properly managed with fast track holders getting off the rides and being allowed back on immediately. Every queue we joined...More

The park is nice, clean and welcomes adults and children. We had a lot of fun and enjoyed visiting the animals. The only negative part is queueing, sometimes it takes too long to wait for a ride, especially for the sea dragon.

Had an amazing day would like to thank the zoo team particularly Darrell, Claire and James for such wonderful and informative animal experiences. They really made the day enthralling. Rides were good but single rider ques were slow and few and far between.

Waited two hours for one ride that them broke! At least two other rides seemed to be on bad shape. Why are they only using a few of the pods on peeking heights? It made the queue really long. Everything seems unnecessary slow. This was...More
