We were brought here by our tour company for lunch and then a tour of the winery. The place is named after the Auk Penguin and it's walls are a vibrant orange. Cute wine sayings hang from the ceiling. Staff were friendly and efficient. We...More

We enjoyed an excellent meal here of fresh fish and chips. The restaurant is set near the water and has a pleasant but casual ambience. We found the prices to be very reasonable.

Nice establishment with a nice array of souvenirs and gifts. Wines are all Newfoundland berry varieties some of which were quite interesting. Full menu restaurant with some local favorites and, of course, iceberg water!

A perfect spot on a rainy day! For $5 you get to sample 7 wines which equals about a glass. Our wine server was nice. We bought 4 bottles of Moose Juice...the wines all had funny names! All the wine is made from fruit that...More
