One of the things I used to love about traveling was having a loose outline and let things unfold. Jerry’s is the quiet car/cart rental on Culebra. upon arrival, we were taken there to get a last minute golf rental. Thank goodness for Jerry’s bc they had the Vehicle we needed. Great customer service, amiable staff. If you are a budget, Culebra is easy to walk and get taxi’s to the best spots around the island; but having a golf cart makes the whole island feel like an adventure ride and brings you closer to the land. Riding around in both the sun and rain was one of the highlights on a special vacation - mom and teen, feeling adventurous and safe on a small island with nice but not overbearing people.…

Hello! Thank you for truly taking your time to share your experience with us. However, we would like to clarify once again why you were charged an extra day Bojana, we remember this like it was yesterday. As we explained in office, a same-day rental has a different cost than a twenty-hour rental. That morning when you arrived, you were assisted for a long period of time because you were refusing to comprehend the difference between the two. After a while, you decided to have a twenty-four hour rental. But instead of returning the vehicle the next day, as agreed and signed, you kept it for ANOTHER 24 hour period without contacting us. We also gave you a call and sent an email notifying you that an additional day will be charged, still no reply was received. An extra day was charged because you consumed two days of rental. We tried very hard explaining the quotes and rates, even after when you returned the vehicle, yet somehow every word was still lost in translation. Nonetheless, thank you for letting us know that you were able to receive a refund from your credit card company. We have updated our policies to ensure that this mistake will never happen again.

Waited for over 25 minutes at ferry. When we finally got a pickup to get our golf cart noticed people walking to Jerry Jeeps establishment. Our driver picked them up and they stated “we got tired of waiting”. Arrived to a very, very offensive unhappy front counter girl. All conversation with this girl was patronizing. Golf cart was for the most part perfectly fine with a few little tears on seat, no big deal. When returned the cart back I asked to use bathroom and she looked at me like i asked what was for dinner at her house???? Answer “it’s not working door won’t open” with again nasty attitude. Saw a shuttle waiting and asked if it was ours? Answer: NO, YOU HAVE TO WAIT”. I said “you know people put reviews on Trip Advisor”, she turned around walked back to us and “sarcastically said “oh, do you want me to call the driver and get an update for you”. To this we didn’t even reply. The only good thing about this place is the driver we had. As, I read the other reviews their answer to everything was to blame the people reviewing for not leaving an objective and fair review. This review can be interpreted anyway you want to read it. It is exactly how it was. Oh, I did forget they had to be called 2x to pick us up from the ferry. Which wasted 25 minutes of our 3 hr rental. So again, if you don’t mind rudeness from a girl that looks no older than 20 by all means this is your place. They don’t realize that every other person on their island AND Puerto Rico is nice and likes doing business with you.…

Waited 25 minutes for someone to pick us up from the Ferry, even though we had a reservation and they knew they were supposed to pick us up at 12. We paid $80 for a 6 passenger because they were out of 4 passengers (which was fine but had we known we were going to lose 40 minutes waiting....because we had to drop 3 random girls off at a local restaurant .) We had to catch a 5 o’clock ferry back. When we got back at 4:15 we were told we couldn’t use the bathroom because they lost the key. When we said what does that mean she said ,” obviously no bathroom” very condescending attitude.. I’ve been in Puerto Rico now for 12 days and have had wonderful experiences. Greetings from Jerry's Jeep Rental. We truly apologize that our service did not meet your standards. However, we would like to clarify your review, as well as Joe's. On Sunday, March 1st, 2020, we only had six passenger golf carts available. That same day when your party called from the ferry port, we detailed pricing and availability and Joe kindly obliged for the six passenger golf cart. Regarding the time that has been wasted during your period, we are not responsible for the action of goodwill that has been made with the three girls on your behalf. However, waiting 25 minutes to be picked up dos not add up with our records. We have reviewed the waiting time that you claim, versus the time that your contract was opened, along with the 7 minute ride from the ferry port to our store, and it does not add up to 25 minutes. Nevertheless, we do apologize for the late pick, but it was certainly not 25 minutes. Moreover, that same day we have experienced an issue with a client who left the bathroom keys in the bathroom and locked the door on his way out. That is why the keys were lost. If that was an inconvenience for you, we apologize for the carelessness of others. Anyhow, we were surprised that you mentioned that our team member was condescending, so we went ahead and reviewed the tape recordings from that day to evaluate and regulate such behavior, and fortunately we did not hear such words or tone that you claim that have been said. Staff was very friendly and had us in our Jeep quickly. The vehicle was clean, felt like new, and we had no problems. Thank you!
