Culebra Sightseeing via Jetskis
Alberto was a personable and cool instructor (he also owns the business). He met my daughter and I and went on a one hour tour. He took us around 1/3 of the island. The scenery was picturesque. We stopped at a local beach which not many people go to which is what we like. The only issue we had is finding the place since it’s part of his home with no signage. horrible customer service!
I am rating one star only because I had to in order to review. All I did was call for information since I saw good reviews here, but to my surprise the grumpy old man that answered the phine had zero customer service skilks! He gave me pricing and when I asked him to repeat the prices he told me to go get a pen so I could write them down because he was tired of always having to repeat himself! I was kind of shocked and when I told him I was in line to catch the ferry to Culebra so I didn't have access to a pen he said he wasn't going to repeat anything unless I had a pen! When I started telling him that with that kind if attitude he was hurting his business he HUNG UP ON ME!!!! OMG! Can you believe the audacity!!! They really need to get out of this business. Can you imagine if that's the tour guide?? No thanks! Go get yourself some customer service training if you want to be in the tourism business!…

Beautiful Labor Weekend Jet Ski Tour
Alberto, the owner, took us to some amazing places to bath in the aqua waters and hang out u der the sky. The tour can be done with kids and family. He was very cautios and insistent in the compliance with his instruction to avoid any accidents. I recommend this tour. I can even add that if you go to Culebra and do not take this tour your trip is incomplete. Awesome!!…

Amenable host, great conversationist, safe & fun.
We took the tour on a Saturday. Alberto was a great guide, gave clear directions, and was patient with the slow learner (me). It was my first time on a jet ski. That did not delay the tour and we took our time to enjoy each place. I loved the views and the time on the water.
