A no nonsense no frills lobster and chips cafe adjacent to a lobster processing factory in which one can have a tour. The cafe also serve fish and chips and they also sell packed frozen lobsters. The lobster was simply BBQd and was really really good. The fish and chips we ordered were good as well. There's a small crèche... More

I realise that lobster is a premium product but I still felt the servings were somewhat overpriced for what we got. It was enjoyable but the half lobster was no more than 3 mouthfuls. For some reason I expected the medallions to be like fishcakes but they had more of a sausage meat consistency and the coleslaw was tasteless. Next... More

Lobster fresh from the sea and you can enjoy it here! Order the fresh lobster (though it's a bit in the expensive side), enjoy the short lobster factory tour then enjoy your lunch served in front of you. Don't forget to order the shrimps also as they are so fresh, sweet and tasty with the cockail sauce. Really enjoyed my... More

My wife and I stopped for lunch. Why I ordered a lobster, oyster and fish "mixture", in the form of a patty, served on a roll, with a very heavy handed servicing of "sauce", I'll never know. If you stop at a place that's known for fresh lobster, that's what you order. My wife did, and she said it was... More

We ordered our food, expecting some great lobster. Totally disappointed, extremely tasteless and expensive. Half for $44 with a side of rice that was totally tasteless. The chips were the only things worth eating and even they were ridiculously priced. Save your money for something worthwhile.

Recommend that you should order your food first before going for the tour as the waiting time for your food might be half an hour or longer. Have never been to a lobster factory tour so it was an eye opening to learn about the lobster trade! Educational and entertaining.

Went to this unique Australian destination today for the first time- was very happy with the location being right on the waterside (though you cannot see the water while your eating) the food was a pricey however where else could you go and get such fresh local lobster! They only sell half lobster servings - a large jumbo coating $70.... More

We enjoyed a delicious lobster meal. The lobsters are graded by size and each meal comes with a generous serving of fries or fried rice ( if you top up AUD $1). We also had fish and chips and a bucket of shrimps. The lobsters were very very fresh and cooked with their special garlic butter. Really excellent.

Was there for lunch and the tour before heading to the pinnacle desert. The tour is very interesting. The place is clean and nice. Lobster meal is very fresh! Have to order another set to fulfill my crave for fresh lobster!

Brought a group of pensioners for a day trip from the city and we all had a fabulous time. The video and brief explanation about the lobster, the industry etc was very interesting. The meal was great and nothing was too difficult for the staff even with the influx of groups. Highly recommend this place.
