I visited this winery with a friend and we had a delightful afternoon. There is parking in front of the tasting room. Among Virginia's wineries, we chose this particular one because of a live music event -- it appears they have live music most Sundays...More

From White's to Red's this place does not disappoint. The white 2016 Rkatsiteli is a delight and the 2017 Chambourcin is a favorite, our preference is chilled.

Lovely winery. Beautiful venue. Good wines. Disappointed that they are out of their signature sangria. 🤔 Tried to get our growler refilled, to no avail. I

Nice location with the largest selection of reds in the area (but whites and sangria are also produced). Option of doing tasting with chocolate truffles for an extra fee. Most expensive tasting in the area.

This wine tasting is outstanding and you have the option to add a chocolate pairing! If you have the VA Wine Pass, you get the chocolate tasting for free for 2 people. The wines tasted great and the tasting room was gorgeous.

Arrived at North Gate at the same time as 6 other ladies. Karol graciously took care of all 8 of us. The other 6 opted for the chocolate and wine pairing. We ordered cheese and crackers. The Rosemary Asiago was fabulous and certainly added to...More

We visited three wineries last Sunday, North Gate was our favorite by far. The staff was super friendly and we never felt rushed to finish our tasting. You must do the chocolate truffle wine tasting, it was fabulous! Loved North Gate’s wine - just an...More

We stopped here on a whim and we are so glad we did. This turned out to be one of our favorite stops of the weekend. Erin was awesome, she was a lot of fun and very helpful. The tasting room manager Dave was also...More
