I love the beach at the point. The dogs love it too, I know you are supposed to keep them on the leash but they love to run down the beach and splash in the bay.

Beautiful scenery! Easy hike! Very quiet and private. Saw awesome wildlife and many birds! Get your feet wet, but no swimming!!!

I live nearby and always take out-of-town guests here. Lots of wildlife and usually very few people. It tends to be windy there. I gave it a four out of five because there are no facilities.

Worth a detour if you like to walk in natural areas. Beautiful marsh and pond, natural beach and shifting sands. Chesapeake Bay au natural!

I didn't see any picnic grounds or fire grates or anything like that at this location. It's pretty remote.
