The VB Boardwalk is 3 miles of heaven. Pristine beaches with blue waters run the whole length of this stretch. While it is concrete, not wood, it is very walkable. A separate bike and skate path make it safe as well.

The boardwalk is nicely laid out with access not only to the beach but to many motels, shops and restaurants. There is a beautiful view of the ocean and beach from every spot along the way.

We enjoyed walking the boardwalk everyday. It is right on the ocean so the views are awesome! Only downside were the panhandlers and lack of police presence.

Perfect time to visit: no crowds, low hotel prices and beautiful ocean/beach views. The boardwalk is a great way to enjoy it all.

The boardwalk was sooooooo very long, that I had to stop several times to rest. The prices were jacked up and not worth buying. You couldn't find clean restrooms readily available for you or your family, without going to a really nice restaurant.
