This is a nice relaxing stop away from the bustle of the boardwalk and main beach area. Hike or drive and slow down your pace for the afternoon.

Enjoy a walk or bike ride through this gorgeous park. The birds are spectacular and the scenery is breathtaking. A nice bike ride from the boardwalk for those who can do more than 20 miles.

This was a good place for a bike ride through the beautiful trees. It is easy to get to but yet remote in the middle of Virginia Beach. The bike ride was easy.

We did not see a single snake in the two days we visited. However, a fellow traveler had a video of one but He told us they stay away from humans. We just need to pay attention to where we are walking. Have a great day!
