Was just amazed at the buildings and the pure beauty of the campus. Very humbling to be walking the campus that Thomas Jefferson attended classes.

Lovely area to walk. Only there with no students, so don't know if it gets crowded. The college history is interesting. Visiting the Tyler garden is always fun, love the echo! The sunken garden is lovely too.

When visiting Williamsburg I would highly recommend a walk around the campus of this beautiful college. It is close to the center of the historic restoration area and is well worth a visit. It has some o the oldest college structures in the US.

My family and I enjoyed stopping at the College of William and Mary during our recent trip to Colonial Williamsburg. It was great to tour the original college and chapel and learn some of the history of this incredible institution.

When we visited it was graduation weekend for many. They were even shooting wedding pictures on campus. You were allowed to go into the buildings as well as walk the campus.

W&M is the second oldest college in the US but the oldest university, having a law school before Harvard became a university. We just keep to the old things that are good, so we are, in Virginia, THE COLLEGE.'

I, too, would recommend you go to their web site. We visited during the summer, and the College offered tours and reenactments through the Williamsburg Foundation.
