This was our first visit to the KidsQuest Children's Museum since it moved from the Factoria Mall location. The brand new space is probably about 50% bigger than before with the climbing area the new centerpiece of the musuem. But even at 50% bigger, it seems about 4x busier than before either due to it being new, or a better... More

We made the mistake of going here during opening week. We arrived around 10AM and realized there are only a handful of parking spots outside the museum so I had to find parking elsewhere and then walk a couple of minutes in. We stood in line for about 10 minutes to get tickets and the place was pandemonium. The first... More

I'm so sorry you had a less than ideal experience in the new museum. We have been quite busy, but expect the crowds to die down in the spring and would love for you to visit again and be able to better enjoy the space. While we do have limited parking in front of our building, there is a free... More

KidsQuest is a fantastic kids museum - fantastic exhibits, great learning experiences, very clean and very safe. It has been a fantastic go-to place for my family. Newly located next to the Bellevue Library in downtown Bellevue (1116 108th Ave NE, Bellevue, WA 98004). Much larger space with lots to see and do. Clever ideas throughout - including the elevator... So glad you enjoyed the new museum! Just wanted to make sure you know that the parking garage next door is for library patrons only, and they will issue citations. Adjacent to the library lot is an outdoor lot for Ashwood Park, which is free and available for KidsQuest visitors. Hope to see you back at the museum soon! More

So glad you enjoyed yourself and I'm sorry there was some confusion regarding your reciprocal membership. Just wanted to let you know that our Factoria Mall location closed in November and our brand-new stand alone building in downtown Bellevue opens January 31st! Hope you can visit the new space the next time you're in the area - we still accept... More

I have taken my young grandchildren here. IT's a great rainy day activity. Factoria Mall is not so crowded to bring small kids. ITs too bad there's not a large variety of restaurants at the mall to take the children after spending time at the KidsQuest.

Glad you enjoyed your visit with your grandchildren! We will be moving to a new location at the end of January, and hope you will be able to visit us there as well. Our Factoria location is currently closed and the new building will open in downtown Bellevue next to the Bellevue Library and Ashwood Park. Hope to see you... More

kidsquest is the best, so cozy and relaxing environment. Super friendly staff, a lot of nice toys for a variety of ages. We love it, we loved it when we were new in the city and knew no one, we used to just hang out so my daughter gets used to having people around her, we started going when she... More

We have taken our grandson (2 1/2) here three times and have always enjoyed it, especially him. Seems that most of the kids there were great as were the parents and grandparents. There's a good variety of activities including an enclosed area for kids under age 3. I won't say too much more as they are moving to a new,... More

If I had a under 3 year old, I probably would have loved the place. I have an 8 year old and our home museum is the hands on children's museum in Olympia. There were a couple cool spots but I was sad to have spent $20 to get in and have my kid get bored after half an hour.... More

Took the kids here as KidsQuest participates in the ASTC Passport Program. I'm glad it was free for us, because it's defintely the smallest children's museum I've been too. But I also read that it was moving to a new location later this year, and should double in size. That being said, even though the current space is small, my... More
