You are allowed to bring coolers and other food as well as your own shade tents into this park (no alcohol or glass), which is a huge plus for me. My children have food allergies and I also like to keep things healthy and cost effective. There isn't much natural shade, but there was some open grassy areas where I... More

Plenty of things to do. Great family fun for all ages. Pools, slides and places to picnic. Kids were busy from early until to close.

My family and I went to Birch Bay Waterslides yesterday and had a wonderful afternoon! The slides were busy but we never had to wait more than 10 minutes. My children are 5 and 7 years old, and most of the slides are perfect for them, and will be for years to come. The grounds are neat and clean, and... More

You'll always find the water slides busy when it's open. Kids like to have parties there during the summer and it's good for play dates.

My teenage daughter described this waterpark as just big enough to be fun. We arrived around 11 and stayed until closing at 6, cycling through the slides, tube rides, hot tub and lounging on the chairs. The disappointment came when it was time to leave. The showers are icy cold and the change rooms are bare. There is not a... More

Birch Bay waterslides is a good place to hang out with kids or teenagers. A slide for everyone and a relaxing beach chair area to the side or hot tubs - food is available

Great water park for the price. My husband and teenage step kids had a blast. We went through the tubes over and over again. There is even a big kid slide if you dare! Definitely worth the price.

Birch Bay Waterpark is a great day trip for those of us in the north Puget Sound. It's not new and shiny or fancy, but it's fun and safe, a great place for families, and much less expensive than Wild Waves. Take a large group (10 or more) and receive a nice discount! Also remember to pack your own food/snacks,... More

Birch Bay is a wonderful place. I am a youth director and constantly bring my youth (4th through 12th grade) to Birch Bay Waterslides. This park is always friendly and accommodating. A disclaimer, if you are looking for a huge park with tons of slides and tons of stuff to do, this is not your park. If you are looking... More

We took 3 small children on a cooler day, aug. 6, as the website stated that the water was heated. There was no way the water was heated to 75-80 as website states. Extremely cold everywhere, including the small kids area. The water seemed to be exactly the same temp as the beach water, which is also, obviously not heated.... More
