Great walking beach and lots of drift wood makes it interesting! Do it at low tide so you have more beach to explore!

We love exploring Double Bluff with and without our dogs, as it is an off leash dog park also, as long as your dog is decently behaved. The water is generally wamer here as the bay is shallower than other bays around Whidbey Island. The...More

We really enjoyed this beach. It is long and open to the public unlike most of the island. Best to during low tide to see the tide pools and more sand to enjoy.

If you like long walks on the beach, have a dog that you can take off lead, this park is for you. When the tide is out, Useless Bay offers more beach than any other. You get miles of beach and an off leash dog...More

Nice little beach on west side of Whidbey Island. Small parking lot. Picnic tables. Great beach for exploring tidal pools and enjoying the sunsets. Lots of driftwood. Great view of the Olympic Mountains!

We went for a walk along the beach. Very pleasant and easily accessible. There were lots of dogs off leash having a great time. Parking seemed kind of limited but it was a Saturday.

I go here a lot. I didn't give it five circles due to parking capacity, because it can be very popular. It makes a great beach for swimming, beach-combing and walking. The view of Mt. Rainier is breath-taking near sunset. You can also see Seattle...More
