A magical place to bring your family, friends, or an escape for your self. With over 30 miles of beach it is not hard to find a private spot to watch the sunset. You can walk the boardwalk, bike discovery trail, see a couple light houses, deep sea fish, and so much more.

The kite festival event is so much fun. There are hundred of different kite from size to form. People in town are very friendly too.

Long Beach has turned into one of those places that we just look forward to coming back to. Access to the beach is easy, lots of small restaurants to experience, museums, biking, fishing, and a great jumping off point for exploring the area (Ilwaco, Columbia River, Bridge, Astoria, Seaside,OR, etc). We camp at Pacific Holiday Resort where we can walk... More

We spent the day with 2 young relatives, ages 7 and 9. We had a lot of things to chose from to entertain all. We let the kids pick what they wanted to do for the day. We ate a light breakfast at the Cottage Bakery, spent some time at the arcade and then the beach, ate lunch at Chico's... More

We went to Andersons RV park about 3 miles up the road from down town Long Beach and it was very nice and easy access to the beach. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach from our trailer.

Loved driving on the beach. Fun times - don't miss it! There are several entries in Seaside and Long Beach. Rode horses, drove, played frisbee, roasted marshmallows... So much to do.

This is not like a typical beach with a boardwalk like in CA. It is a little colder and the boardwalk is a literal boardwalk...ie, no rides or carnival type games. It is unique in that there are equestrian riders with horses on the beach so watch where you step.

The beach is long and not that many people were there. The beach does have a lot debris - seaweed and dead birds and shellfish. Can easily find a place to hang out though. Great time building sand castles and having lunch. Make sure you watch the tides as they come in fast. The waves are rougher and many warnings... More

We visited for three days. It was windy on the beach itself, but not unbearable. We really enjoyed watching people fly kites on the beach. The best part of Long Beach, Washington, is the hiking and the light houses. Since the temperature is generally in the 60's during the day, it is perfect for hiking. We paid the state park... More
