In my opinion, all lighthouses are interesting. Thus, I had to swing by to see this modest setup. It is very well maintained and the grounds surrounding the venue are very tidy. The unobstructed views from the property make the visit worthwhile.

The gift shop is in the assistant lighthouse keeper's quarters. Even if you aren't interested in souveniers, go in and check the finish and trim. Very nice.

The lighthouse and gift shop was not opened while we were there, but it was worth a stop. It has a beautiful view of the area. It was Friday evening and many families were enjoying being out together.

This park is very pretty and well maintained. The parking is paid parking so be sure and get your parking sticker so you don't get a parking ticket. Very nice playground for your children with clean bathrooms to boot.

This is one of the few lighthouses that let visitors go up in the tower and stand next to the actual working Fresnel lens. Volunteer docents are well-informed. The adjacent buildings house more memorabilia and artifacts regarding the history of the area. Fantastic gift shop;...More

This may not be the biggest lighthouse we’ve seen but it is one of the nicer smaller ones. The lighthouse and gift shop were closed when we visited but the grounds were open. If you enjoy seeing various types of lighthouses then you should add...More
