We missed the ferry to Whidbey Island so while we waited for the next one, we went to this park. It was very well kept. Small but pretty.

Good place to take out of town visitors on a clear day for great Puget Sound views. the harbor seals will pop their noses out of the water for a few seconds so you have to be patient.

You have to pay for parking, which is cheap. You can picnic, beachcomb, fly kites. There's restaurants within short walking distance. Try going in the morning, or at sunset for good photo opportunities.

Small Mukilteo Lighthouse is well out of Seattle. Small lighthouse with 2 keepers houses. Not open for inspection at the time.
