This historic fort was built in the early 1900s to protect the US from sea invasion. It had immense guns to guard the inlet into the Salish Sea and Puget Sound. You could spend a day at this site and not absorb it all.

Sorry - I don't know their policy about cancellations because I live nearby. Contact them right away though, so someone else can take the spot. They are in high demand I hear.
