I happened to visit on Tuesday night and it was like being transported to an English pub. Fiddle players were fiddling and the food was superb. Upstairs view of the Salish sea is delightful from the terrace or window banquettes.
While spending a relaxing day at Port Townsend we stopped in for lunch. Flavorful steak sandwich and exceptional French fries plus a very nice salad. Well worth navigating two flights of stairs. Plus we had seating on the waterside deck.
I go here every Wednesday from 4-6 pm. It is an old historic PT building. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The beer choices are plentiful, local micros and national brands, and are not over-priced. You can even get a Diet Coke with free refills....More
