We went to Angle Lake Park It is close to the Seattle International Airport. We enjoyed walking along the lake. There is also a fun water fountain feature to run through. Its also a nice place to picnic.

Beautiful view of the water, nice picnic area and not a bad walk from the airport, about 1 mile. There is fishing and a play area, too. Walk in the sand along the short beach or swim in the shallows

The City of SeaTac has allowed it during a city-sponsored event so most likely yes. I would contact the City of SeaTac Parks & Rec manager to confirm
