We are about 95 miles northwest of Spokane and have recently been making the trip fairly often. There are some historical small towns off the highway that can be fun to explore.

Great views of the PNW. Average speed is 60 MPH except when traveling through towns. Deer are quite often on the road so pay extra attention when traveling at night.

Spokane is a great city and definitely worth a visit. The people are great, the city is beautiful, and driving along Highway 395 affords wonderful views of nature. Definitely visit!

Beautiful drive!!! There are mountains in every direction and lots of old red barns. You're guaranteed to see wildlife.
