This is medium sized museum; which showed the history of the Northern Pacific Railroad in this area of Washington. They had some interesting displays and are working hard to preserve their heritage. The trains and engines were in great condition. We enjoyed the train station...More

So disappointed to discover this place doesn't open until May. It looked very interesting. We were there on April 2nd on a beautiful sunny day. Unfortunately, it was not well advertised that it is still closed for the season.

Train Museum was interesting. Some very old trains that need a lot of work on them. Inside the museum building they have some interesting information.

Trains always fascinate children so this museum is a real go for children. Lots of "big stuff" to look at and learn about. Nicely located and plenty of parking. Of course the kids like the outdoor stuff, but there is indoor stuff for us adults....More

We drove about 4 hours to attend and were pleasantly surprised. The grandboys had a ball. Lots of hands on things to do, wish there had been more vendors. The vendor that had lemonade and kettle corn, rocked it. The volunteers went out of their...More

This museum has unique and different displays of historic railroad memorabilia. They offer an inside display and an outdoors display area. The station has recently been refurbished and is a terrific example of an early station. The outside display features rolling stock and locomotives. We...More
