With a friend from Seattle and a couple from Ellensburg, Hyatt was our third and final winery of the day. It is right in the heart of the Rattlesnake hills wine region, conveniently located off the road, and has a great tasting room. Their staff was knowledgeable and helpful, even when it got busy. They have a nice selection of... More

This is our second time here and the wine and price is just as good as it was a year ago that we visted Hyatt. The grounds are very nice and inviting with great views for sipping wine. The staff and building was also very inviting and nice.

Hyatt was our favorite of the four wineries we visited during our trip to Yakima Valley. The staff person was friendly, knowledgeable, and made our tasting experience a lot of fun. Plus her cute dog added to the homey atmosphere! The landscaping and beautiful views are another plus.

I was hesitant to post this, definitely a hidden gem. these guys produce really high quality wines at really low prices. I bought a variety of wines and am extremely pleased with the flavors of all of them. the place is well decorated and comfortable. i enjoyed my wine teasting here much more than most other places during my vineyard... Quality wine at a place run by nice people. That sums it up. I don't buy a lot of wine from eastern Washington because I can usually find the northern Italian wines I prefer if I shop around and, honestly, most Washington wine just doesn't seem that great. Hyatt Vineyards is a definite exception. I came away with more than... More

We got a Rattlesnake Hills Wine Passport and Hyatt Vineyards was one of the featured wineries. The wine prices were reasonable and we enjoyed our visit.

The single staff person didn't seem to really care if we were there or not. Hyatt's one of the older wineries in the area and we hadn't experienced this attitude on a visit a number of years ago. We like their wines and still bought some, but the staff isn't helping on-site sales.

This was my second visit with friends and family after nearly 5 years. Nothing has changed, everything is the same. We had a picnic at the winery and got some bottles to try out (Black Muscat never disappoints!). The kids ran around, played badminton, and even kicked the soccer ball. Got a case of the Black Muscat to enjoy till... More
