There are quite a few stores, mostly gift items - most unique and unusual. We have two favorite stops in the 3 story settlement building - one is the Winery and the other is the Cream and Crepe Cafe. Our favorite wine is the Cedarburg Spiced. At the Cream and Crepe, we had a bowl of soup, cherry cider, and... More

The entire town of quaint shops and cafe's begins at the North end of the district with the Cedar Creek Settlement. A preserved cluster of buildings with unique atmosphere and unusual collection of shops and a winery. Creaky floors, wooden steps, stone and mortar walls all blend with the offerings of artisan crafts and one of a kind retail.

Oh my! We spent a few hours in here visiting all the little shops on the 3 levels. There is something for everyone, all under one roof. And don't worry, we bought plenty, but left a lot for others too.

Cute Adorable shops, lot of variety and reasonably priced. The winery was good, has samples and nice wine selection. They were playing lovely live music and also had crafts arranged for kids. Little tight and cramped but good place to hang out.

An attractively presented site for restaurants and shopping. Most of the shops are high end, not typical souvenir places. Parking can be difficult.

Adorable shops, a winery & an excellent restaurant, the Anvil pub & Grill. Go early as it is very popular and the wait can be long. Winery has samples and nice wine selection

Many different little shops inside this area. Nice items but nothing out of the ordinary. Lots of different levels with uneven wooden steps.

This is a three story building with winery and shops on the bottom and offices and such on the upper floors. The shops are clothing and accessories. We really liked seeing an old building with history made useful rather than tearing it down.

We like to check out antique/collectable shops, so this was a good choice. There are several in the building worth visiting. Only problem is the narrow and steep staircases. The public restrooms also leave something to be desire. We found a few items and enjoyed chatting with the various shopkeepers.
