Went to the park as it seemed to get a lot of reviews. It was winter, so we hiked a bit but didn't find it overly awesome. There was a little cave, a trail along the river and a little hike up the hill that...More

Sure it has a mini zoo, but a creek, incredibly scenic lake and dam, sandstone bluffs, ski and hiking trails, and a very old rumble bridge, fantastic town park. Piick up chicken, fish, or our favorite shrimp, and Jo Jos to go from Bresnias around...More

My wife and I enjoyed a nice, relaxing autumn afternoon hiking and exploring the park. The zoo animals are an interesting touch.

We just happened on this park and were very pleased we did. It was a beautiful park and was in full Fall glory. We had a nice ride through with pretty scenery. Looked like it had a lot of things for families to do there.

Describe in one word... Fantastic! The weather was perfect and the grounds immaculate. Small zoo, some history and nature galore. We really enjoyed it. Put 15000 steps on my Fitbit!

We told our two 3 year old grandchildren to the zoo, followed by a picnic & playground fun. Great little zoo, perfect for small children. We then enjoyed a picnic lunch and the kids were able to play at playground. They loved it! I would...More

Located just outside of Chippewa Falls. Nice park area, trails, and small zoo with large animals. A gem in the rough. Nice place for a trail walk and a zoo for the kids. Definitely a place to see if in the area.

Yes the park is open and you can have dogs as long as they are on a leash and you clean up after them. They don't allow them in the animal buildings as it may upset the animals.
