Nice little place. Outdoor area was expanded with a snow fence and picnic tables due to COVID-19. Beer was pretty good and reasonably priced.

A delightful stop on a brewery tour of Green Bay. One of the owners visited with us for quite a while and shared their story, told us about the beers and the brewing, and was a warm and welcoming face. This brewery is small and located in an old auto garage/shop. It is hard to believe that such excellent beer comes from the small space, but it does. The brewery has a very comfortable feel with tables for visiting or board games, which they have on-site. There is also a patio area for nicer weather. They do not serve food. We bought t-shirts and when I got home 200 miles away, I ran into someone else with the same t-shirt at my own local brewery. The other man happened to be the cousin of the owner. I am happy to wear the shirt from Noble Roots and promote this quaint, little spot!

The micro brewery craze has hit Green Bay in full force and this place is one of its newest additions. Great little spot with some good beer. The creativity of the brews is good and their “garage “ special was brewed with peppers . It wasn’t too spicy and you could pick up the pepper easily. Not the best they brew here but a great example of the the uniqueness of their products. Will be back again as this was our 2nd time. Great spot to sit with your significant other and have a beer.

The Falisch family has a gem on the Far East side of Green Bay. Every beer I have had at Noble Roots has been well crafted. Alex the brewer is doing a fantastic job. The place is always busy and hoppin’ (no pun intended). If you want excellent crafted beers, this place will hit the spot.

Stop in and say hi to the family who's usually serving up their cold beer. From the staples like Blonde Belgium and Noble Roots IPA to their regular new releases like the Garage Series, all beer fans will find something they like.

Nice place. Pretty small and was packed when we went on a Saturday night. Good selection and friendly staff.

This is a great family owned and operated business with a relaxing neighborhood bar like feel. The staff (family) is very nice, they provide great service and a nice variety of beers. On warmers days they have a nice patio, and the fact that they are way from any other commercial areas/businsses allows for a more quiet experience. Be forwarned, its very small and only has about a capacity for 50 people. In many ways that what makes it great.

Green Bay's microbrewery and brewpub scene is exploding and this is another good option for quality beer!
It is a very small place with a limited parking lot (and free street parking). They are only open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. There is outdoor seating in good weather. If you want to see the brewery setup, it's right there.
They do not offer food.
They have 5-8 beers on tap. If you like Belgian ales, you till love their Blonde Belgian.
