The permanent exhibit begins with a walk through a simulated melt water tunnel in a glacier, then through First Nations exhibits, French, British and early American history. A vintage auto seems to have a large oil puddle beneath it, but it's really a mirror so...More

My husband and I drove up from Manitowoc for lunch and the museum. Battling cabin fever, this was a perfect way to get out of the house for the afternoon. Fort Howard exhibit was interesting.

This is a place that's great for your family and it's affordable. Every once a while to get some really great exhibits. You can make a day of it and go across the street for lunch at Titletown Brewery.
