The museum is very nice and informative. The coolest part was the submarine tour! The guide was well-spoken and answered all our questions. I would recommend seeing this!

Good history lesson. Finely preserved and conserved Submarine - The USS Cobia, a GATO class Sub. Similar to those built there in Manitowoc, WI.

This place is really cool. The Submarine is something everyone who can crawl into, should. It is tight, just as you might expect, so see it before you get to infirm. We had a group tour and they do a magnificent job explaining the workings...More

The sub tour lasts approximately 45 minutes. We recommend 2-3 hours to fully explore the museum and take the sub tour.

I think I read that you can spend the night on the sub. Is that correct? I'd like to know the details, please. And the cost.

Tours run throughout the day as needed. That last tour is always an hour before close. Adults are $12 and children are $10. Family discount is 15%. Prices are good trough 2015. Free parking in three lots around the museum.
