We ride it once in a while. Usually we go to Downsville and eat and then ride back. Ride is nice and Timber Bar has good food and service. Restrooms at trail head.

Trail follows the river with great river views and crosses the river on some cool bridges. There are also scenic bluffs and even a small waterfall. From the South end of trail I recommend continuing on to Durand on the Chippewa River Trail. I also...More

Wonderful drive and scenery. Plan to do some hiking! I will definitely be back! We were here in summer but I believe this will be beautiful anytime of year!

Nice trail for walking and biking and even great back drops for photo sessions! Can go as far or as long as you wish. Great old bridge too!

Guide at the desk was helpful. Railroad engine house building were demolished some time ago. Depot has been restored and has a number of displays of local interest.

The trail runs parallel to the Red Cedar River. It is good for biking, hiking, or running. The trail is scenic, and there are places to stop and rest along the way. This trail connects to other trails. There is a fee to bike it,...More
