The hotel room was extremely outdated. There were not even fitted sheets on the beds, just flat sheets that would not tuck in and slid around exposing the bare mattress. There was virtually no cell service in that area and the hotel WiFi did not...More

Two days of skiing/boarding. We prefer to ski/board at Devil's Head vs. Granite Peak. Lodging is the main difference. Granite Peak does not have a lodge but there are plenty of nearby hotels in Wausau. Devil's Head does have a lodge but not nearby hotels....More

It's been a few years since we last went to Devil's Head, but we skied there on February 3, 2018. The hill was almost sheer ice at the beginning of the day. (Snow during the day made it better.) Granted, most natural snow had melted...More

Beautiful wooded slopes with gorgeous views. Wide range of terrain for all skiing levels. Nice wall of windows overlooking the slopes from the cafeteria. No lift lines!

Never been to Devils Head but made it part of our ski weekend at the Dells. I thought it was a little dated but well maintained. The green and blue runs are long and very relaxing sking. My wife and 8 year old liked it,...More

Was hesitant after reading so many bad reviews, but we had a lovely visit here, over 4th of July wknd, 2017. We stayed at the Inn, 3rd floor. Rooms were clean and nice, and quiet. Everything we needed. The hallways were average, but nothing to...More

Dump, clearly a failing business that resorts to cheap tricks to make money. Still trying to get a refund from a double charge!
