We had some down time so we walked by the Pabst mansion, grabbed some sandwiches, and ate on the steps of a Marquette building. People walked by and said hi. My 14 year old son said, I like the ivy on the buildings. This looks like people who go here are happy. I had to agree.

Beautiful campus right in the middle of downtown! So much to see and do! Very friendly people, students and the statues and monuments are just stunning

This is a beautiful campus almost like a city within a city. We were doin a college visit and liked it a lot. Maybe our son will go there for a fine Jesuit education.

Our son is in his 3rd year at Marquette and loved it from year 1. He loves the campus in the city and the classes are challenging. He is active in 2 clubs, I highly recommend joining a club/activity. Marquette has good parent communications so we are well informed and updated. He walks or rides the bus when he is... More

Amazing how time stops when you walk around and your mind sees things the way you saw them, or more so the way you felt them, decades earlier. Marquette has become a beautiful campus, but like other universities, what price the green spaces pay to have additional buildings constructed in the name of higher education. Till, I am impressed that... More

If you enjoy college campuses, this is a great urban campus. Many great buildings including several wonderful chapels, a really nice on campus library, and a small but quality art museum. However, I would say that the best thing about this campus is the environment when students are around. They are friendly, sort and caring and provide an energetic and... More

A lovely campus, walking distance from many great downtown venues, restaurants and museums. An excellent academic institution with beautiful grounds and very friendly staff and students. The Joan of Arc chapel is lovely and a great spot for photos.

Visit here to meet the students. Long ago my father graduated from Marquette's dental school so I visited to see the new facility they built (in 2002). Walked here down WI Avenue from downtown, passing a few comatose folks on the sidewalk. But was greeted at the campus's map posting by a passing student that went out of his way... More

Not one of our Top 20 rated (by us) beautiful campuses, but it is quaint. People are very friendly. It is well laid out, but divided by city streets. Quite clean, but not real quiet.

It's not the same old Marquette! This school is now an urban gem and an integral part of the downtown scene. Don't miss the Joan of Arc Chapel, Gesu o0r the art gallery - all are must see when you are in Milwaukee.
