Kohler-Andrae state park is sure to rank in the tops of wisconsin state parks. I recently did an overnight camping stay and enjoyed everything the park had to offer the next day. I found the park extremely quiet and relaxing. The shoreline and beaches are...More

Camped here for one night. First day arrived late afternoon. It was expensive to camp, $25 as a non-Wisconsinite to camp plus $11 for the vehicle to be in the park for 24 hours. But that's okay. The DNR was nice. The beaches were beautiful...More

The park is beautiful, nice beach to walk around on or take photos. There is a little nature center too, not super exciting (mostly taxidermied local fauna and some snakes and frogs in aquariums), but kids seem to really love it.

This place brings back so many memories... great walking.. and the sand dunes are so much fun... great camping. Biking and pubic picnic areas... state park so you have to pay...... but well worth it... remember it is lake Michigan and it's cold water...

This summer has been wet. More skeeters than normal. Stay where the wind blows or bring your bug juice.

Well...there are not "activities" to speak of. There are bike and hiking trails, a very nice sand beach right on Lake Michigan, and whatever activities u bring. It is a county/state park. Rustic and quiet. There are lots of... More
