Went to the Grand for the Sherrif benevolent fundraiser. The Journey Tribute band was truly awesome. We had a great time and the theater has done so much in the last few years to update a great venue to make it a great experience. I can't wait until April for the Magic show.

Have gone to quite a few shows at the Grand Theater and have never been disappointed, always came away feeling good. I especially enjoy the musicals and the shows around Christmas time. You do have to get the tickets early because for certain shows they sell out fast, and then you are able to pick your seats.Enjoy!!

I love this theater. They do a great job. The bathrooms are clean and there are enough stalls in the women's room to actually handle the number of women who attend a show without much of a line. Rare indeed! There are bars on first and second level. On almost every score this is one of the nicest theaters I've... More

Our son was singing in the WI State Men's Choir at this venue. This theatre had so much charm. While the lobby and restrooms were modern the theatre was filled with charm. The beautiful stage, red seats and balcony took you back in time. Located right in the heart of downtown there was plenty of parking within a few blocks.... More

My wife/I "discovered" the Grand Theater about 10 years ago after moving up from Illinois. It is truly a remarkable venue for a wide variety of entertainment. Annually, they book artistic performers from across the globe.

The Grand Theatre, part of Wausau's Artsblock, is the gem of downtown. Across from the 400 block, where iceskating is free all winter, the theatre hosts a wide variety of musicians, actors and dancers from around the world. No need to travel to Milwaukee or the Twin Cities for entertainment. We have The Grand! .

We have gone to multiple shows at The Grand and have always been impressed. The seats are plenty roomy, we have not found any seats to be bad, and the volunteers are always helpful. If you ever have the opportunity to see a show or concert at The Grand Theater, it is definitely worth it!

You can feel the awesomeness of this beautiful venue as soon as you step inside. The acoustics are terrific. All seats are good seats. They host many types of shows. You can even get married there!

I've been to shows in bigger cities and we should be very thankful for this wonderful venue! I don't think I realized what a gem we had until seeing the size of other venues that charge much more for tickets!
