The hotel gave us a Wisconsin Dells guide book with a coupon to buy tickets at the main intersection in town. Only one coupon so by all your tickets at one time.

The tours leave every 30-45 minutes, they start around 10am to 4pm, First come first serve, they open 7 days, first 50 people can sit on top deck
