If you are a history buff this is a place to check out. Driving thru Wyoming this is a great stop to stretch your legs and learn some history. Beautiful views of Wyoming.

Fort Fetterman was an important fort involved in the history of the Bozeman Trail and the development of state of Wyoming. Portugee Phillips, Malcolm Campbell Sheriff, etc lived in and around the Fort.

The city of Douglas was here. When they built the railroad, people move somewhere else, and use the wood from the old houses to build the new ones.
