I just experienced a great covered wagon ride into the national forest filled with great fun, food, music, and a wonderful group of cowboys who made us feel right at home. Jackson drove our wagon. The horses were name Smith and Wesson. He was so informative about how these horses are trained and had a great sense of humor. The... More

We went there for business but this is more of a family atmosphere. The whole thing is a little hokie but still fun. The staff works hard and puts on a fun western music show. The food is delicious but eat it fast as the cool weather makes it cold fast. Would recommend bringing a jacket. They provide blankets though... More

Wow - been a 30+ year resident of Jackson and this was first visit to Bar-T-5. Shouldn't have waited so long! Went with out of town visitors for my son's 4th bday dinner. The boys loved it. From Joe our wagon driver to Chris the owner and "trail boss" -- all the staff went above and beyond in their customer... More

Chris and his staff are hard working folks who make it a point for you to have some fun and some delicious food. We had lots of fun and met some wonderful people from all over, Chris [owner] is one of the hardest working people in Jackson, The young people were great and so friendly, the whole night was well... The Bar-T-5 employees work real hard to give you a nice time. They all were so pleasant, caring, and helpful. The food was plentiful and very tasty. The Indian attack was a little cheesy, but fun. The singing cowboy dinner show was very good and they worked very hard to get the whole audience involved. There was much laughter.

We visited the Bar-T-5 because we were looking for an old-school dutch oven dinner with some music and entertainment. We are so glad we did! All of the staff members were friendly and inviting! The food was excellent and the show was enthusiastic! Everyone there loved what they were doing and that really helped make the night light and enjoyable!... More

Had the pleasure of experiencing this adventure. The meal and entertainment were typical cowboy experience. Riding under a covered wagon was something new. Would recommend to anybody who is looking for something different to do.

To us, this was very memorable. A bit corny, yes, but great fun! The staff was very nice, the food was great, the wagon train was fun with the Indians 'attack' and the forest scenery was wonderful. There were a ton of kids there that got to be a part of the show and everyone enjoyed the evening. Lots of... More

Went there on Friday night with three other families as part of our group holiday. The event was recommended by the travel agent. So, this place packs them in - total money spinner - 2 adults and 3 kids set us back $200. Crazy. On the plus side, the wagon ride was fun for the kids and the staff were... More
