Small but extensive campus located in the heart of Laramie. Walkable and accessible. Lots to see and do around U of Wyo. We visited over Christmas break so the place was deserted but you can tell that its a lively spot.

We spent 2 days visiting Laramieand UW. Beautiful small town environment with the advantages of a large, big name university at a reasonable price. Everyone we met at the University and in the town were polite, nice and so helpful.

The University of Wyoming campus is a beautiful collection of architecture, landscaping, culture and great students. Roaming the campus makes one feel like this would be a fun and interesting place to matriculate. For the visitor, there are many sites to see including several museums. This place is definitely worth the time to stop by and enjoy, even if you... More

Campus was beautiful and the maintenance of old as well as the new buildings have really added to the campus. As usual, we met many of the involved people in the state and on campus. Wyoming is a wonderful place and the university is one of the greatest places to visit.

Speaking as a visitor (not a student), University of Wyoming is a unique and charming campus, full of fun buildings and cool little areas. One of my favorite pieces of knowledge is that the walkways that used to be student paths, and the university decided to pave them over for ease of use! I enjoyed peeking in the library and... More

Took a tour of the University of Wyoming and came away with a very positive impression of the campus, it's students and staff. There surroundings are difficult to match if you like the outdoors.

Our daughter is beginning her freshman year at the university, and while it is far from our home it was her preference after a very thorough search of schools across the country. She fell in love with the campus on her first visit. School began a couple of weeks ago and she is enjoying her classes, her room, and the... More

When traveling we make a habit of visiting various university campuses across the United States. We were particularly impressed with the sculptures around the campus but more importantly to me was the honor they exhibit for the military of our great nation! The football stadium, basketball arena, physical training facilities in addition to the musical/arts aspect of education. I believe... More
