Untouched by time, great staff, food, and burgers. Loved the food and the staff even more. Not a touristy place, nor pretentious. The chef talked to,us and was nice too. It was funny to see hunters stopping by for malts or shakes. In perusing the sign in log, people from all over the world visit, Russia,,Scotland and so on. Lots... More

Middle of nowhere on the edge of Grand Teton National Park. It's tiny and has a kind of backwoods hippy feel to it. But the food is great, the price is right and it's well worth a trip for breakfast. Also has a decent view out front.

We ate at this small cafe two times during our stay in the area. I had a buffalo burger and my wife had a chicken wrap, both hit the spot after spending all day in Grand Teton and Yellowstone parks. Next morning we decided to eat breakfast there, it was excellent, eggs were cooked to order and they kept your... More

As a tourist destination ourselves, we like to be able to recommend to guests and travelers, the Buffalo Valley Cafe as a travel stop when heading their direction on the way to the National Parks. It's comforting to know we have made a good recommendation.

The food was good and the restaurant was quaint. Nothing like a cold beer overlooking the tetons and the river.

Had lunch there by recommendation of a local and it was great. Awesome burgers (be careful- the Grizzly Burger is huge). The shakes are phenomenal- try the huckleberry shake. The staff is pleasant and very hard working. The restaurant is quaint along with beautiful scenery. I will definitely go back next time I am in Jackson.

My husband and I were in a hurry one day and had to grab food to go. We stopped by the Buffalo Valley Cafe on the way by, and grabbed a Buffalo Burger and Fish and Chips. Wow, this little place packs 'em in! We can see why! The food was delicious! We hope to return to the Tetons and... More

My 9 year old son and I stumbled upon The Buffalo Valley Cafe as we were touring the Grand Teton area. What a pleasant surprise! The food was priced very well and the burgers and fries were excellent. If we would have had more time available we would have signed up for a horseback ride as well. The cafe is... More
