This is a small well done museum on the Community College campus. Copies of Dinosaurs extracted form Como Ridge now sitting in the American Museum in Natural History are the Highlight, but I loved the Eocene Fossils from the surrounding are amazing. the 13.5 ft....More

This may be a small community college, but it has such a great dino exhibit. And the museum and the bookstore are excellent. my grandkids loved it,

This is well done with a skeletons of T- Rex and other ancient critters. Go see this. Facility is clean. A surprise for this city to have such a well done exhibit.

I spent a few hours roaming this place, taking pictures, and reading the information at the displays. Very informative and the people that work there were friendly and helpful willing to take a moment to answer questions. Go visit this if you can.

This is a free museum that is located throughout the building. I got a booklet from the help desk that let me know about the fossils and where they were located. All the artifacts are located around various hallways through the building. Some very nice...More

If you like to take side trips to take a break from driving, this is a convenient stop along I-80 in Rock Springs. Take a self-guided tour booklet, and follow the exhibits in order....read the little known facts to your group...very interesting. Restrooms; and theT-Rex...More

We wanted to visit the museum but when we got there, it was closed. There was a sign that said the building is closed summers Friday to Sunday for energy saving reasons. Several families were disappointed, including ours.

Amazing is one of the few words I can think of to describe how much the beauty of this kind of display. My husband wasn't sure he wanted to visit but once we started the tour he was amazed. We would recommend this to everyone...More
