We are a non profit 501 3(c) educational and cultural facility set within a 7 acre Botanical Garden. We recently added a lovely gift shop and free coffee tasting. We offer self guided tours with an affordable admission and discounts for seniors, military and Kama'aina. Gently slopping land, mature shade trees, and expansive views from Kealakekua Bay to Place of Refuge allow one to wander through beautiful tropical displays and manicured foliage.Unique statuary, petroglyphs and the worlds only Galaxy Garden done in rare hibiscus provide great photo opts!

Beautiful and very quiet peaceful surroundings. Surprising it is only seven acres. I like the fact it incorporates all religions and spiritual beliefs. One of the nicest botanical gardens that are there to help promote peace and tranquility for all.

Heard about this little spot from a tourist and decided to try it out on a quiet Saturday morning. This is a beautiful collection of trees, flowers and shrines on a hillside high above the Pacific Ocean/Kealakekua Bay. There is a gorgeous galaxy garden and...More

A truly unique attraction. Beautiful gardens and interesting features. We are birders and the quiet and largely undisturbed location attract birds that will not always be seen in urban or semi-urban areas. Birds we saw on this property include the Kalij Pheasant, the African silverbill...More

All the other reviews about how peaceful and beautiful the place is are correct, but for the nerdy geek in me, the highlight was the more or less to scale galaxy garden (as I recall, Carl Sagan had something to do with setting it up)...More

We stumbled onto this place. If you want to visit a botanical garden this is the one. Kept pristine. Felt so peaceful to be there. Could have wandered around the whole day on this property. Highly recommended.
