There is a video that explains a lot about the history of the railroad. Plenty of artifacts including full size train cars outside.

The museum volunteer was enthusiastic and welcoming. The museum covers not just the role and history of the railway but also some of the industry it served and the tsunami which led to its closure. Some interesting artefacts and photos. Would recommend it to anyone...More

Great place for information about the old Hawaiian railway system. Plenty of pictures & artifacts, even some videos. The collection of restored vehicles is very impressive, the volunteers have done a great job. An interesting place even for non-railroad fans
