This is not your typical miniature golf course. There are no clown's mouths or windmills to shoot through. This 18 hole putting green style course is set amongst beautiful botanical gardens representing the different eras of Hawaii's culture. Meanwhile, water hazards, pipe shots, and many other obstacles make for a fun and challenging experience. Along the way you will travel through Hawaii's history, learning about the islands storied past and its beautiful tropical flora. This combination of recreation with education in a beautiful setting creates a truly unique experience for both the local community and visitors on Kauai's North Shore. Furthermore, mini golf is a great game for keiki, kapuna, dates, families, and even those looking to brush up on their short game. We look forward to welcoming you at Kauai's newest attraction!

We always like to find a mini golf course on our travels and this one was particularly beautiful and informative about island flora and history and a good way to enjoy the local beauty. The course itself was not too varied as far as loops and gadgets but still fun.

I love TripAdvisor. Why? Because, I never would have entertained the prospect of mini golf on an Hawaii vacation otherwise. All of the reviews are accurate. The grounds are beautiful and there are other things going on at the location besides the golf. Thing is- though $18 seems expensive, kids under a certain age play for free, and if you... More

This is a very wonderful botanical garden as well as a mini golf course. It is well worth the $18 to just tour the gardens. The mini golf is fun too as is evidenced by the young as well as the elders that were enjoying the golfing. My interests lie in the botanical aspect and I had just been disappointed... More

Stop for a round of mini golf in this botanical garden with plaques that share the story of the plants and island around you. And be prepared to laugh yourself silly, the golf is that much fun. Best 2 hours on our week in Kauai (besides the beach).

We've all been miniature golfing. But this place takes it to the next level. You sign in and pay the fee ($18 per person), choose your ball color and select the putter. The course has water hazards, bridges and noisy frogs. So much fun. It you should get a hole in one, you get a chance to spin for a... More

We took our girls, ages 9 and 13, to mini-golf. It was our 9 year old's first experience with it. We enjoyed putting the different holes while learning about Hawaiian plants and history. It was the most interesting, least cheesy mini golf experience ever. The courses were beautifully landscaped with unique challenges, such as going over a stream. We even... More

You not only can play golf, but you also can experience the native and non native plants on the islands as well as the history of immigrants and those that developed the islands. When playing golf, if you get a hole in one, upon completion, they spin a wheel with the hole numbers. If wheel lands on the hole in... More

we took our 5 and 9 year old to this course on our last day in Kauai. Neither of them have golfed before but they both say it was the best part of the 9 day stay in Princeville. It is quite scenic with the lakes, caves, etc but the best part was the botanical gardens. It had the history... More
