Most wonderful selection of exotic trees from Teak, Mahogany, Bread-Fruit, Rambutan, Papaya, Coco, Rainbow-Eucalyptus and many more. The 3.5hr guided tour was great. Our tour guide James Patterson was very knowledgeable yet modest. The highlight of the tour was a visit to a family of...More

On our last day, we went to this Botanical Garden. These are guided tours only. We reserved the basic walking tour. Our guide Nicki was very nice, sweet and informative. She added to the tour as a bonus. I️ prefer self guided tours but Nicki...More

Our guide , Sandy, had a long history with this garden. She was very knowledgeable and accomodating. Most of the plants are trees. If you want flowers this is not the place. I love orchids and there were a few very nice ones.

We took the three hour tour. Nellie and Cass were our guides. They were gracious and very knowledgeable. We have been coming to the north shore of Kauai for over 30 years. This garden has been in existence for over 15 years and we have...More

Do not miss visiting this marvelous botanical and sculpture gardens. Do make reservations in advance. The garden is only accessed on a tour and they keep the tour groups small, which is very nice. They have special tours for families with small children and a...More

So if you are a botanist or garden enthusiast this is probably pretty awesome. For your average folks not so much. Our tour guide really prolonged the tour with uninteresting stories and often times got lost in thought. The garden is unique and the sculptures...More

Our guides were Candi and Tom, and they were wonderful and very knowledgeable. She's an avid gardener, and they've both been volunteering at the gardens for many years. Our tour covered so many different areas, I can't begin to list them all. But all were...More

Too expensive and the guide was not very informative. The gardens were stunning but I would not have taken a guided tour if I had known the guide would have so little to impart. Not worth the $30 entry fee.

I don't believe so. Plus there's no way to see the entire place just by walking. Highly recommend the Stroll/ride tour. Cover way more ground, and the guides are really knowledgeable.

Sorry for the late response. I would think that infants would be allowed on the tram. You could always call and ask them. They are very friendly and helpful.

Not so much. But a lot depends on your family, including the young folks' attention spans and their interests. The children's playground and Navajo village was lovely, interesting as one stop on our tour, but it might not... More
