Mini golf loser was to buy smoothies so we stopped in after golf (right across the parking lot). Smoothie was decent. Fruit seemed a bit overpriced but some other nice local stuff (syrups, cookies). Overall, a good stop but don’t make a special trip there.

Order the frosty. It’s amazing. The fruit used for said frosty is seasonal (currently pineapple and banana). I’ve visited Banana Joes both in summer and winter, over the last 7 years and the quality never waivers. My fav is during the summer with the mangoes...More

We first visited Banana Joe's back in November of 2015. We came back again in July of this year. This is a family run spot and it's a great place to visit when in the Kilauea area of Kauai. We love the banana frostys (which...More

Was a little disappointed when I saw the produce offering here. Felt like the produce section of a grocery store, not a fruit stand. The pineapple banana frosty was good but I wouldn't stop again just for that.

Sugar pineapple, locally grown bananas and organic insect repellent are just 2 of the unique local products sold.

We stopped in at Banana Joe's on the way to our resort for a quick snack. The juice bar was sold out so we missed out on the fresh juices which we had heard were delicious. But opted for a Noni fruit soda with turmeric...More

Stopped here for a smoothie. Very few selections in a very small building. They are renovating so maybe it will be better. There are lots of better places on the island to stop for a smoothie.

Literally a shack on the side of the road on the North Shore. Awesome smoothies. Pick up some fresh fruit and bring it back to your hotel. Mangos galore. Eat your smoothie on the side of the road in the little tiki hut! Remember it...More

Road side, casual stall with lots of organic produce, chocolate, and smoothies. We had phenomenal fresh fruit smoothie and frosty (kind of like frozen yogurt). They were so good that we went back for a macadamia nut and coconut chocolate covered frozen banana, which was...More

Sorry, don't travel to Kauai that time of year. Did not remember any signage saying otherwise.
