Totally recommend this trip! Stunning views and beautiful landscapes. You have to "fly" (like super man) whenever possible! And if you're brave enough, hang upside down!

That might be too young. Although the instructor may be able to strap the 6 year old to him. You better call and ask.

I'd skip the backpack. They have water at the 1/2 way point and great granola snacks made by locals. Bring a GoPro if you have one. We got incredible footage with ours. Have fun!
