We love it. Go early and have a Mai Tai at the Plantation Lounge first. If you like nature and trains, you will like this ride.

The train ride was fun, informative and pleasant for everyone in our party. There was something for everyone, kids and older adults included. The history portion the ride was great, along with the feeding of the animals.

Our family of 6 including ages 5 to 84, had a fun time. Before the ride there was printed plaques with great history of the agriculture, and the train ride was entertaining. We had an enjoyable morning.

We had a lovely time and learned lots of neat facts about both Kauai and the plantation. Got some amazing pictures and then spent some more time on the grounds. Would recommend for just about any travelers.
