Sushi dining

Great food, great service, the chef is very friendly. Probably the best food on the Island. Fantastic view of the sea.

Having cocktails at Stevenson's Library when I realized I was listening to gorgeous music! Had to go find out who they were! Amazing duo called Falling Down Romance. So worth going to hear such gifted musicians! You will love their music! Also at Trees Lounge 2nd & 4th Tuesday I learned. Had to buy their CD.

We visited the Art Night in Hanapepe and discovered the group Falling Down Romance. Their eclectic mix of music seemed just perfect for Kaua'i so we sought them out at the Hyatt the following Tuesday just for drinks. Stevenson's has nice comfy chairs that make a night out a pleasure. Our only regret is that we discovered the venue and... More

We visited this restaurant while staying at the Grand Hyatt on our honeymoon. The service at the bar was very good as was the food. What really got us was the live music! FALLING DOWN ROMANCE was the name of the group. FANTASTIC music with a unique sound. It fit the night perfectly. BEAUTIFUL WOOD and ambience as well.

The sushi was fresh and good. More limited selection in the bar area. Had a different venue / live band each of the nights we stopped in

My husband and I ate here on our first night at the Grand Hyatt. The sushi was good! Great service. Very nice view of the ocean! The menu is slightly limited and they're wasn't one 'wow' dish - but everything was great. If there was a 4.5 star option, I would give it!

We stayed at the Hyatt for our honeymoon. We went visited this restaurant several times. The food is amazing, great service, live music and pool table to hang out. Very pricey like anything else in the resorts and hotels.

Arrived late and thought this might be nice for drink/app or dinner. But, bar was full, they basically only serve sushi and have a hamburger on the menu. Seems quite limited. The pool looks like fun and the ambience is interesting (but why 3 tvs in a library?? Nevermind). We didn't try later, but I'm thinking get there on the... More

The lobster dynamite and sushi were excellent. I just wish that they had tamari instead of just soy sauce for my sushi since I'm allergic to gluten. I found that really strange. I'm sure there had to be tamari somewhere in the huge hotel, but the food runner was just to lazy to get it. Another fall back was that... More

We had dinner 3 times at this restaurant out of our 6 nights at the Hyatt. We loved the food and the excellent service. Our favorite couple items were the seared Ahi and the lobster dynamite.
