Lots of beach to walk on and lots of space to sit on the beach, restaurants near by, and shopping. Take an umberella cause there isn't a lot of shade.

We ALWAYS spend time at Kam 3 when in Maui. Beautiful beach and the snorkeling off near the rocks is fantastic. We always see sea turtles! This is a beach nit to be missed!

It has a beautiful view of Lahaina on the right. It also has a promontory that you can view the entire beach. The water is nice and cool in the heat of the afternoon. I find it the best among the three Kamaole Beaches

What's not to love? It's lovely with gorgeous views of the surrounding islands and the waters are usually mostly calm. Go!

This is a wonderful area to stay in Maui, especially if you want to be near beaches, for walking and/or swimming. Close to all amenities.

Kam III is one of our favorite beaches on the south shore. always very low key. Easy access snorkeling on the north end with many turtles to watch. There is a nice sized parking lot that almost always has spots available.

I don't know that the park has them, but you have access to public outdoor showers at the condos across the street.
